Felicia is a veteran messaging strategist, content manager and award-winning writer with 26 years of experience spanning eight industries. She has authored hundreds of articles for leading news, lifestyle and industry publications in Texas, Michigan, and Illinois. During her time as publications manager at DAC Patient Recruitment Services, Felicia was a contributing writer and editor of two clinical research industry books — “Global Issues in Patient Recruitment and Retention” (CenterWatch LLC, 2012) and "International Patient Recruitment: Regulatory Guidelines, Customs and Practices" (D.L. Anderson International, 2007). DAC was acquired by Imperial in 2012 and is now fully integrated into Imperial to provide the clinical trials industry with expert patient engagement services.
