Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a graphic designer to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing clinical trial study material design support on assigned projects.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Provides study material design support in multiple desktop publishing software environments
- Provides consultative design support to clients and project managers on best practices in study material design and readying files for print/production
- Creates visual aspects of patient, site, and general marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics
- Works directly with project and account managers and customer personnel in understanding and implementing the scope of the assigned project
- Acts as a design team leader on assigned account relationships, including coordinating the activities of assigned design contractors on projects in which they are the team leader
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of assigned design projects
Qualifications:
Along with having a team player mindset and a can-do attitude, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 4+ years of graphic design or prepress work experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated competency in utilizing desktop publishing applications like Adobe Creative Cloud to create documents
- Working knowledge of PitStop Pro and Acrobat applications to modify, mark, and edit PDFs
- Desktop publishing of foreign languages
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
