Parameters and project deliverables are defined and a proposal is developed.
Depending on project scope, representatives from other Imperial services may be included.

Project Coordination:
A team of credentialed translators is assembled. Schedules for translation and formatting are developed.

Translation:
Multi-step process based on industry best practices for quality assurance, carried out by teams of credentialed linguists and project managers to assure equivalence, readability, completeness, accuracy, and more.

Final Product:
Depending on the project, at this point either the product will be delivered by the Translations Team or the project will continue through the i WoRx process into Production and Fulfillment, or eClinical Solutions.
