Project details, specifications, and timelines are identified. Proposal is generated and presented for customer approval. Depending on project scope, representatives from other Imperial services may be included.

Prototype Development: (as required)
Per project type, an appropriate mock up or proof is constructed and provided for review and approval.

Production:
Project components enter into one of Imperial’s three different six-sigma lean workflows depending on component specifications and requirements.

Fulfillment:
Per project requirements, finished goods take one of two paths:

0. Items are placed into Imperial’s climate controlled warehouse facilities for release as needed 24/7 via the Imperial Marketplace, our online order management platform. 
0. Our logistics experts set up delivery to any airport around the globe in 48 hours
