Needs Analysis:
Unique problems demand unique solutions. Working collaboratively, needs and parameters are established and ideas are developed. Depending on project scope, representatives from other Imperial services may be included.

Specification Development:
An idea is chosen, specifications for the project are gathered, project scope and timeline are defined, and a proposal is presented.

Prototype Development: (as required)
Per project type, an appropriate mock up is constructed and provided for review and approval.

Production:
Dependent on the project, at this point the finished goods will either be delivered by the Design team or they will continue through the i WoRx process moving on to Translations, Production, and or eClinical.
